Integration is a key component of healthy engagement with entheogens, but there’s so much more to integrate in addition to ceremony: a dream, an experience, a teaching, an understanding, a lesson, a mytho-poetic unfolding, an ah-ha moment, a desire for change…we’re always integrating something, come do it with community and skilled life coaches!
In this bi-monthly session, we’ll talk about what integration is and come to a clearer understanding of what this powerful word means in our lives. We will also process: patterns noticed, victories won, challenges met, and how we want to move forward into the weeks to come. Together we’ll find inspiring practices and loving accountability to move along the spiral path of awakening together.
The “path of awakening” is about immersing yourself in mystical consciousness over and over again until it becomes your way of living. We can’t live on the mountain top of the sacrament-induced mystical experience every day, so that’s why we engage in sacred practices. In making your life sacred, you retrain your nervous system to see through a lens of love and possibility instead of fear and constriction.
Ceremony integration is welcomed, but so is everything else!
Meet your lead facilitator:
Catherine Board is a transformational coach whose work integrates consciousness practices, leadership training, and embodied performance, shaped by over 25 years of experience in the human potential movement. After a life-changing engagement with Landmark Education—where she later served as a Seminar Leader—she deepened her understanding of transformation through meditation, neuroscience-informed workshops, and leadership programs with figures such as Werner Erhard and Joe Dispenza.
Alongside this work, Catherine built a distinguished career in professional ballet, training at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, dancing with multiple companies, and serving as Ballet Master, later bringing transformational coaching into ballet culture through innovative methods and the creation of “The Transcendent Dancer” workshop with American Ballet Theatre’s Artistic Director Susan Jaffe.
Drawing on her background in behavioral sciences and decades of facilitation and coaching, she developed the Greater Levels of Love program, offering one-on-one coaching and training coaches worldwide through an expanding multi-session curriculum designed to foster healing, connection, and personal growth.
Meet your assistant facilitator:
Elizabeth Tuten is a CSP minister-in-training and a certified life coach. A graduate of Catherine’s Greater Levels of Love program, Elizabeth is delighted to offer a method of transformation and empowerment that elegantly encapsulates in weeks what took her five years of focused personal development work (and many, many ceremonies) to cobble together.
Her awakening journey began in 2019 with Transcendental Meditation and Jungian shadow work. After an early-2020 LSD experience slingshot her into consciousness, Elizabeth embarked on a numinous underworld passage of authenticity and gnosis—direct connection with the divine.
Having somewhat emerged, Elizabeth supports the Congregation with marketing, communications, and community engagement. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Religious Studies from the College of Charleston and is currently completing coursework for a Masters of Divinity in Entheogenic Ministry through the CSP Seminary in partnership with Ubiquity University.
Other CSP Seminary students will step in to train as assistant facilitators throughout the year.
