Event Details

Members, ministers, and friends of the Congregation meet every other week to engage in a healing and transformative ritual called breathwork. We will have a different theme for each month and we invite any and all to join us!

Breathwork is an active meditation that moves energy stuck in your physical, mental, and emotional bodies. It helps release negative thought patterns and behaviors, creating more space for joy and love and setting you free.

The breath is through the mouth with a two-stage inhale in the low belly and then in the high chest, followed by a relaxed exhale.

Breathwork is an incredibly powerful tool to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Release things that make us feel stuck in life and which no longer serve us
  • Let go of strong emotions like anger, sadness and fear
  • Release trauma and abuse energy stuck in our physical and emotional bodies
  • Support addiction recovery
  • Heal lineage wounds
  • Create calm and relaxation
  • Increase energy levels and joy
  • Increase creative inspiration
  • Raise our vibration
  • Develop our intuition and inner guidance

As the breather, you’re empowered on your own journey to heal and grow.
